How do I return my order?
Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 calendar days from the receipt of your order to request a return. After this period, your item will not be accepted for return.
If you are not satisfied with your purchase and wish to return your item within the established period, please contact us via email at soporte@yoteguardo.com, indicating your order number and the reason for your return.
Yoteguardo will provide you with the procedure you must follow and the address to which you should return the item. Any return made outside the indicated procedure or without following the provided instructions will be exempt from any responsibility.
Your decision to withdraw from the contract must be made through an unequivocal statement (by postal mail, fax, or email).

If you decide to return an order, you must bear the return shipping costs.
(Articles 97.1 and 97.6 of Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007)
Consequences of Withdrawal:
If you request a withdrawal, we will refund all payments received from you, including delivery costs.
Exceptions: Selection of a special delivery method such as 24/72h express courier or cash-on-delivery service.
Within 14 working days from the date of receipt of the returned item, we will proceed to issue the corresponding refund using the same payment method you used at the time of purchase. Unless you expressly request a different method and it is possible for us to process it.
Once Yoteguardo has processed the refund, the bank's processing time may take between 5-10 days.
If you return the product via an external courier service not affiliated with our company, we are not responsible for the loss of the item, delays in the return process, or any other circumstances beyond our control.
You must keep the shipping receipt along with the tracking number as proof of sending the product back to our facilities.
You are solely responsible for any reduction in the value of the goods resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functionality of the goods.
Article 103: Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts concerning:
- The supply of goods that may deteriorate or expire quickly.
- The supply of sealed goods that are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and have been unsealed after delivery.
- The supply of goods that, after delivery and due to their nature, have been inseparably mixed with other goods.
All our products go through a strict quality control process.
Returns made without a receipt (purchase confirmation) may be rejected. Yoteguardo reserves the right to refuse any return.
Please note: Yoteguardo does not cover the cost of return shipping.
What should I do if the product I received is damaged or incorrect?
If you need to return a product due to a defect, incorrect item, or missing components, please contact our Customer Support team immediately within 24 hours of receipt at soporte@yoteguardo.com to initiate the return process. Provide the following details:
- Order number
- Video or photo of the damaged product (as requested)
- Full shipping address
- Phone number
We will carefully review the evidence sent and notify you via email within a maximum of 20 working days regarding the resolution of the issue.
Returns will not be accepted if the products show signs of damage that are not due to manufacturing defects, such as:
- Accidental damage after purchase
- Intentional damage to the merchandise
- Battery failures after six months from delivery
- Normal wear and tear
If the issue qualifies under the warranty, the product will either be repaired or replaced with a new item of the same characteristics and value.
What happens if I refuse delivery of a prepaid order?
If a package is returned to our facilities due to being rejected by you or if it could not be delivered on time, and you wish to receive a refund, the return shipping costs incurred by Yoteguardo will be deducted from the refund amount.
Can I cancel an order?
Once the order has been placed, it cannot be canceled or modified as we begin processing it immediately.
Changing the delivery address after the order has been collected by our courier service is not possible.
Yoteguardo reserves the right to reject returns that are communicated or sent outside the specified timeframe, items that are not in the same condition as received, or those that do not meet the conditions stated above.
