Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 calendar days from receiving your order in order to return it. After this period, the item will no longer be eligible for return.
If you are not satisfied with your purchase and wish to return your item within the established period, please contact us at soporte@yoteguardo.com, indicating your order number and the reason for your return.
yoteguardo will provide you with the return procedure and the address to which the item should be sent. Any return made outside this procedure or without following the instructions provided by our team will be exempt from any responsibility on our part.
Your decision to withdraw from the contract must be communicated through an unequivocal statement (postal mail, fax, or email).

If you decide to return an order, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs.

Consequences of Withdrawal
If you exercise your right of withdrawal, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery costs.
*Exceptions: choosing a special delivery method such as 24/72h express courier service or cash-on-delivery shipping.
Within 14 business days from the date we receive the returned item, we will issue the corresponding refund using the same payment method used for the original purchase, unless you expressly request a different method and we are able to accommodate it.
Once the refund has been processed by yoteguardo, the time for the funds to appear in your account will depend on your bank and may take between 5–10 days.
If you return the product using a courier service external to our organisation, we are not responsible for lost items, delays in processing the return, or any other circumstances beyond our control.
You must keep proof of shipment together with the tracking number as evidence that the product has been sent to our facilities.
You will only be liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.
Article 103. Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal
The right of withdrawal shall not apply to contracts concerning:
- The supply of goods liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly.
- The supply of sealed goods which are not suitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons and which were unsealed after delivery.
- The supply of goods which, after delivery and due to their nature, have become inseparably mixed with other items.
All our products undergo strict quality control.
Returns made without proof of purchase (purchase confirmation) may be rejected. yoteguardo reserves the right to refuse any return.
Please note that yoteguardo does not cover the cost of return shipping.

If you have ultimately decided not to continue with your order, we understand. Simply complete the following form and we will process your withdrawal request as soon as possible.
What happens after submitting your request?
Once you complete and submit the form, you will receive a confirmation email letting you know that we have successfully received your withdrawal request.
From that moment onward, all updates regarding your request and the next steps will be communicated through the email address you provided. We also recommend checking your spam or junk folder.
